This is definitely one of the more interesting chassis dyno stories we have ever run for the simple fact that we rarely get to see a vehicle get jammed through the gears on the chassis dyno in both directions on the chassis dyno. The vehicle being featured here is an interesting and powerful piece. The little rig has a 1170cc turbocharged four cylinder engine which we think may be a modified Audi or VW piece, and it sits on a full tube chassis. We are taking a stab and saying that this vehicle competes at European rallycross events and things of that nature. It seems to fit the looks and build style of the buggy.
Why did we choose this video? Simple! We did it because there is a ton of engine screaming, gear banging action. The difference here is that the car is stationary and the resistance is coming from the dyno rollers in the floor of the shop they are testing yet. The car uses some sort of sequential box and it works well at low speed but the real magic happens when the guy has a the gas pedal on the deck and just rips up through the gears and then a few down just for fun.
This is a chassis dyno item the likes of which we have never shown you before!

Certainly no Audi or VW…the header lay out and the transmission says motorcycle. It had to be spinning to 8-9000 rpm.
