There are lots of ways to paint wheels, and you can do some really great stuff with rattle cans, but if you want to put the toughest and smoothest finish on a set of painted wheels, so they survive like factory painted wheels, then this is how you do it. I watch plenty of videos from Paint Society, because while he does show how to do paint and body work in a professional atmosphere, he also shows you how to use the same techniques for your own DIY projects. You can use the methods in the video below to custom paint any wheels you want, and in whatever color. Sometimes stock wheels, painted a custom color, can be awesome.
Or you can use these steps to take a set of older aftermarket wheels to a new level. If they need some love anyway, what better way to give it to them than with some fresh color and clear?
