Here’s another inspiring post on the Mongrel Project in England. Take one Mazda MX5 Miata and cut the body off of it. Then take a Ford 100E and pull the chassis and floors out of it to install on said Miata Chassis. What could possibly go wrong with this? Nothing as far as we are concerned, as this project has been really really fun to watch go together. Urchfab has some serious skills, and yet makes everything on this car simple and clean in a way that inspires everyone who watches it to pull out their tools. This episode has more sheetmetal work and rust repair going on and has me inspired to work on the firewall in Cole’s LUV truck. This thing is a cool project for sure.
