Best Overtake Ever? This Go-Kart Racer Leapfrogs His Competition At A Race In Canada!

There are some things you never, ever want to see in the middle of a go-kart race: an animal on the track you weren’t expecting. A solid, non-moving object, like a racer that spun out. A banana peel left behind by the mouthy Italian guy in overalls…that sort of thing. Then there are the things you just never want to see, period…like the underside of a fellow competitor and their kart as they proceed to fly over your head like you had a ramp attached to your back in what can only be called the best ever pass in a race. You don’t see this kind of thing in NASCAR, folks…if you did, I’d be watching it, yelling about Brian France’s decision to ban playing the first eleven notes of “Dixie” by teams as they launch. This incident reportedly happened last week during the Eastern Canadian Karting Championship in Ontario and occurred when the airborne kart clipped the tire of the camera car, sending it flying in the most spectacular accident of all time. You’ll notice the brand-new pilot: cool under pressure, they come in for a solid but firm landing and continue on as if nothing ever happened. Meanwhile, we wish we could see a view that had the driver’s face in it…

I see the airborne cart’s number is 007 – the only number that would have been better would have been a 01.
