I’ve been fortunate enough to be at a couple of parties in the condos outside turn 2 at Texas Motor Speedway and can tell you that they are pretty cool. I went to a party in one of them where the guy who owned it also owned Danny Sullivan’s Spin and Win Indy Car and had it on display inside the condo. It was cool as hell. But it is kind of rare to see these things come up for sale in recent years, so if you always dreamed of having one of these, now is your chance.
There are a bunch of amenities that come with it, but I’m sure there must be some kind of association fees that go with all that as well. It does include NASCAR race tickets as well.
