If you chose to get into an oversteer situation, that’s on you…you know that little line in the sand that says “too far”? Yeah, you jumped over it and started doing the Mexican Hat Dance. But when the front end washes out and tracks straight forward, regardless of what steering input you feed in, there is nothing you can do to reel it back except to get out of the power and slow down. An oversteer can be fun if you know how to manipulate one…understeering just makes you look incompetent as you plow forward with your wheels at full lock.
