This awesome little Toyota Stout had everyone talking inside the SEMA show this year because not only did it have a look like none other, but it had the beans to back it up. It makes 650 horsepower, has a 3SGTE under the hood and is backed by a sequential gearbox that makes this thing a riot. It put on a show in the drift area, had fun turning heads, and more.
Check it out.
Video Description:
Our guy Ryan Tuerck revealed this 1966 Toyota Stout pickup drift car at SEMA 2022 this weekend and he gave Drift Games an exclusive first-look at the build which includes a sequential gearbox and 3SGTE swap too! We also get to talk to Vaughn Gittin Jnr and Josh gets a passenger spin with Adam LZ in the Mustang RTR demo cars. What a first day in Las Vegas!
Tuerck has a build series on this truck (YouTube) which is pretty interesting. Between this and his Judd Supra he has 2 of the coolest builds I’ve seen in years.
The truck’s twin-turbo Cummins Diesel engine may be more advanced than you think. The Lambo, also known as The Burntacan, was a burned-out shell, and the engine had left the conversation. That most certainly was a locust. The stretched tire fitment on those ridiculous trucks is also a mystery to most Americans.
