When BangShifter Dan sent me an email with the link to this bad boy, accompanied by the note “I think this is one of the best I have seen done up, just needs some Ride Tech airbags and it is ready to go…I’m a little short of dough for this one, but love it…”, I both felt his pain and was excited to click the link. It was well worth it, but the pain did increase slightly when I realized that this C30 Chevy Ramp Truck of greatness is located less than 30 minutes from my house. “Hey honey?. I’m going to go out for a bit. Just going to look at a truck for a story….” Hmmmmmm
According to the ad on Spud’s Garage, this truck was restored/built by Jim Meyers, using the original Mooneyes Ramp Truck as a template so to speak. It’s ultra bitchin for sure, and we love it. The entire C30 Chevrolet Ramp Truck is spotless, and only has a couple thousand miles on it since it was built a few years ago.
Here are the specs from the ad. And a link to the SpudsGarage.com ad is at the bottom of the page.

nice but…
small block??? no diesel?
Kinda glad it’s not a diesel….
WANT!!!
Dammit Chad, why do you have to rub our noses in this kinda thing?! 😉 actually there’s one a couple towns over (not restored) that I’ve had my eyes on since moving out here. Rodney would FLIP if I came home with a ramp truck.
Really nice truck but it makes me realize how much of a bargain Freiburger and Finnegan got on their big block powered dually ramper.
“Six figure build cost”??? Seems like a Gas Monkey figure…. Cool truck though.
Cool truck. whenever i look at this truck i always feel like traveling from the past. I think it would be best if its a diesel engine. i love the sound of a diesel. It feel more truck and tough.
