Save It Sunday: Will it Run?!? 1951 Ford F4 Barn Find! Abandoned for 50 Years! Grain Truck Revival!

Mortske is back at it folks, and this week he’s off to rescue a 1951 Ford F4 truck. This particular truck spent it’s life as a grain truck, which might not be super common on the East and West Coasts, but in the middle of the country there are a jillion of them around. With that said, they often led hard lives and even if they don’t have high mileage they were running for a lot of hours. I’ve had my eye on several Chevrolet and GM versions of this truck and think it would be great to turn one into a ramp truck or toy hauler at some point.

Lucky for you, this one is for sale, so hit up Mortske if you want more info. Just look at the video, cause this thing is cool. Way nicer than a lot of them I’ve seen, that’s for sure.

Video Description:

This 1951 Ford F4 came from the same estate as the infamous Snootch Rocket, check out that video if you haven’t! As near as we can tell it was last used regularly in the early 1970s but it appears as if the previous owner may have had it running 20 years ago. Let’s see if we can’t get this old Ford Flathead running once again! If you’re interested in this truck as is you can own it for the low, low price of only $2,000 in the condition as shown in this video. As always, thanks for watching!
