We have not showed you death defying tractor wheelie action like this since our last look at the insane world of Punjabi tractor pulling. Believe it or not, this video may shed some light on that spectacle which we believe is the most insane motorsport on the planet. How? Well if it is fairly normal for a guy to be hauling his trailer down the road with the tractor in a near vertical position, it must be no big thing to be hooked to another tractor and in the same spot, right? At least during the pulls you don’t have traffic to deal with like this guy does!
As you will see, this footage was taken by some tourists who happened upon the scene of the tractor driver attempting to get his severely overloaded and over worked machine around a corner. Because the tractor has independent brakes, he is able to steer the thing with the nose multiple feet in the air. While the people shooting the footage seem blown away by it all, we’re guessing that this is a pretty typical Wednesday wherever it was witnessed.
Far be it for us to tell someone how to do their job, especially one that they are comfortable in like this guy is, but some weight on the front of that tractor would really be a great idea. Yes, using that wheel as a means to guide the vehicle rather than a handle to keep from falling off the back is less exciting but ultimately we’d guess it is more enjoyable than the constant threat of being crushed to death by your own tractor. That’s just our spin on the whole thing. This guy is a freaking boss.
