SEMA 2014: Here’s A Collection Of Photos Featuring Trucks And Nothing BUT Trucks

Trucks are a massive part of the SEMA show because trucks are a massive part of the automotive aftermarket and they come in all shapes and sizes. In this group of photos you’ll see trucks of different heights, colors, and disciplines. Trucks built to handle, trucks built to haul, trucks built to crush small cities, and trucks designed to do nothing but just look good going down the road. Lift kits, lowering kits, diesel hop up parts, gas engine hop up parts, axles, and all of the other stuff that could be displayed for rigs was on display at SEMA 2014. I like big trucks and I cannot lie.

Several companies that have not been players in the truck market have begun to dip their toes in, probably after the accounting department reminded them that Silverados outsell Camaros by a mere 10:1 ratio. There’s a lot of money in them thar hills. By and large, I like the trucks in this gallery. Some of them seem very “west coast” looking to me, meaning that the lift kits will be used for the purposes of accidentally backing over a flower bed and other than their imposing stance, they are paper tigers. The big 3/4 and one ton lifted trucks look like true destroyers capable of powering through virtually anything. Heck, we even have an autocross truck or two thrown into this collection for good luck.

I had no idea SEMA hosted a pimped poser truck Ball. 48 reasons why keeping my stock 1993 Dodge Cummins 3/4 ton 4×4 is such a great idea.

Prety much my thoughts, DJ. What a bunch of bolt on crap. How about some practical street trucks that are, oh, you know, 2 WD? That you can get into without a step ladder.

So was it just all new trucks and one Ford? That sort of sucked. I hate to say it but I could care less about pimped out new trucks. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
