We are OUT of VA. the property sold and we back in TN.
I've been waiting several weeks for an excavator to show up and start prepping the hillside for the new shop.
He showed up Tuesday afternoon and now it's raining what a mess. Oh well its progress.
a shot from yesterday before it started getting really muddy

Thanks!
HMMM, I hadn't considered doing a thread. The delays are already making me crazy(er)
The excavator hasn't been started in a week, there is standing water and sloppy mud on the entire slope with more rain forecast for tomorrow.
I almost rolled the tractor today trying to carry logs in the slop. Sliding sideways down the hill loaded was NO BUEANO!
I thought I was pressing my luck with a non project car mention in here.
I honestly don't even know what size it will be, I will make the determination once the site is cleared and leveled.
I'm pinched in by a large ledge/bedrock, so the depth into the hill will be less than I hopped. It's looking like I will be limited to gable end entry, not what I was hoping for.A.K.A. Brian
