Baldwin-Motion is Back: 2011 427ci and 454ci Camaros to Hit the Market

Every BangShifter worth his big block knows the names of Joel Rosen, and Baldwin-Motion. Rosen built and tuned the burliest, most well thought out super cars of the 1960s and early 1970s until he was literally shut down by the government, who threatened him with fines for changing emissions equipment. Rosen came back on the scene a few years ago building super high end vintage Camaros but he’s now hooked up with a dealership and is back to the business of offering several performance levels to anyone willing to pay the fee. You can grab anywhere from 525 to 800hp from a tuned and modified 2011 Camaro. All you have to do is call DeNooyer’s Chevy to get the ball rolling!

Rosen chose to hook his wagon up with DeNooyer because of their reputation and present performance attitude. Rosen said, “We have relaunched the Baldwin-Motion and MOTION brands again, this time capturing the true spirit of what we did in 1967-1974: Market built-to-order, dyno-proven and warranted SS and Phase III 427&454 Camaros, crafted by a high tech dyno shop (Redline Performance) and available exclusively from a single Chevrolet dealer (DeNooyer).”

Like in the old days, there are five performance options, then and now called, “The Fantastic Five” whichever one you choose will see you behind the wheel of a truly bad ass machine. There’s the “entry-level” 535hp SS-427, The Phase III 427 at 600hp, The SS-454 listed as a 625hp torque monster, and the top shelf Phase III 427-SC a blown, 800hp monster.

You can get the full details of the line up by visiting The official Baldwin-Motion website. Below are renderings of what these babies are going to look like!
