We were out on a Sunday cruise this past weekend and saw a bunch of personalized license plates adorning everything from street rods to weenie hybrids. Some were good (like the one in the lead photo) and some were junk (not worthy of a photo) but they all carried a particular message that the owner of the vehicle wanted them to, whether we liked them or not.

We’ve been toying with the idea of a custom plate for Goliath for a while. Currently we have the standard issue state issued jobbie on the truck, but something witty and fun (and six digits/letters long) would be pretty cool. Lots of car guys have personalized plates, so why no us, right?
