We’ll end today’s blog with this bizarre creation. We’re not going to tell you anything about it until tomorrow, but we’re interested in seeing if anyone out there in readerland actually know what it is. This is not a movie prop and it is not a photo chop. This was an actual vehicle that was built as a running and driving machine. We’ve got the photos and video to prove it. The thing looks like something taken right off the set of 2000 Leagues Under the Sea or some B-level horror film, but the real story is not nearly as scary as that.
Look at it, stare at it, gawk at it, and take a shot. Do you know what the hell this thing is? If not, stay tuned because tomorrow we’re going to spill the beans, video and all!
From the enclosed canopy, oversized tires that float and orange paint my vote it’s a tundra buggy for sub Artic use.
Some sort of swamp buggy, Maybe used for pulling old logs out of water or other machinery that has gotten stuck in the swamp.
What ever it is , would be better with an LSX Turbocharged engine and RADIAL TIRES !!
That’s the Rhino. Amphibious 4×4 developed by a fellow from New York, Elie Aghnides. I believe it was M&H who built if for him.
Exhibit A in the Lohnes versus Lohnes divorce case?
It looks like a v.w.
