We don’t do lots of country music here for our BS Daily Tune Ups and we certainly don’t do many songs that have nothing to do with cars or driving, but today is an exception. I wanted to run this song as a thankful tip of my cap and the collective caps of all BangShifters out there to the work done by various agencies and numerous people in killing and capturing the suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing. As you know, I live in the Boston area and this was by far the worst thing I can ever remember happening around here. On the plus side, the good guys came together from top to bottom and worked in harmony to find the two needles in this human haystack. No one is gloating around here, but we’re all very happy that these two lunatics were stopped. We’re still full of sorrow for the victims of the marathon bombing and their rampage on Thursday night into Friday.
We live in a great country and we sure as hell can circle the wagons with the best of them when the need arises. Thanks again to all the law enforcement people involved in this situation as well as those that patrol the streets, skies, and sidewalks on a daily basis. The good guys won this round after taking a cheap shot.
