This one should resonate with our BS brothers and sisters living in Canada as Trooper is one of the country’s better known rock bands and they are the group that recorded this tune, Boys In The Bright White Sports Car on their 1979 album Hot Shots. The record went four times platinum and was a greatest hits collection of songs that appeared on their previous records. Hey, after running the song about the red car the other day, I guess I’m on a color kick with the theme this week. This is a rocking tune that reminds us of several bands in the late 1970s but we can’t quite pinpoint who these guys most sound like. One of the hottest acts to ever hit the charts in Canuckistan, these dudes jammed all the way into the 1990s. This song was the biggest hit of their career, although we don’t think it ever charted in America. Hey, sometimes even we miss the cool stuff!

This song sucks!
Kinda sounds like a cover of an Outlaws song.
