Maybe that title was unfair. Then again, maybe it’s true, you decide. Anyway, we need your snappiest and most brilliant caption for this photo that we zapped during our town’s St. Patrick’s Day parade a few weeks back. We think this thing had a big block in it, and by big block we mean an 8hp Briggs and Stratton engine.
