Craigslist Find: The Good, The Bad, And The Sparkly All Meet In This 1995 Ford Mustang GT

Craigslist Find: The Good, The Bad, And The Sparkly All Meet In This 1995 Ford Mustang GT

We must warn you up front, this train wreck is not for someone with a weak stomach. We’re not sure why it happened, we’re not sure if it can be fixed, but deep within the tacked-on Tupperware and the sparkly stripes there is a decently stout 1995 Ford Mustang, we promise.

1995 Ford Mustang GT. 347 Stroker ford performance crate motor, comp cam, 10 1/2 to 1 flat top black pistons, trick flow intake 70 mm throttle body, K & N tremic 5 speed trans, stata short box shift, performance remote box, MSD coil and ignition box, ford racing tac with shift light, AFR heads, headers, H pipe, Cobra clutch, front 13″ beaur brakes, brake line lock, heavy duty performance radiator with fans, custom side exhaust, 2″ lowered front end (Sounds great so far, right?)

This car is wicked fast, and awesome looking. This car is not just a head turner it is a neck breaker. This car is my pride and joy, Must sell because of health issues. Cash only, no trades, serious inquiries only.

I feel bad for the guy having to sell the car due to health issues, that’s the honest truth. But awesome looking? The reason the Mustang is a “neck-breaker” is because you hear the car roll up and you snap your head to look, then you actually see the car, blurt out a startled expletive and snap your head the opposite direction as quickly as you can. With luck, ditching the Fast and Furious bumper cover, Pro Stock hoodscoop, quarter window covers and possibly the Cobra R wing for a stock GT wing should clean up most of the car’s look. What you do with the sparkly stripes is completely up to you.

Ditch the dumb Funny Car scoop and tuner wing, find a stock front bumper and rattlecan the whole thing satin black and call it honest.

I wouldn’t pay 7 grand for it, but 3-4 and about 200 bucks worth of driveway work to make it palatable and it’d be a good overall car.

a good candidate for target practice…..there’s enough of these cars out there that one can be found that don’t need gunk removal

Some people’s role on life is to serve as a warning to others – teaching us what not to do. Imagine the aero numbers this thing must create. I clicked the link and found an old BS article about modern Lightening Rods. Can’t beat that!!!
