This week’s video has Matt taking advantage of all the hot rod stuff they have done to the roadster! It’s time for it’s first drive in almost 70 years. That’s insane, and we love it! This thing has been built as period correct as is possible, but it is NOT a restoration. This car has been lovingly refreshed and rebuilt to look like it’s been driving its whole life. I love this car and the way it is turning out is great. There are still a couple touches to make to it, but this is the first time it is driving under its own power on the road since 1954 . Wow. Great job guys.
Iron Trap has got all kinds of great projects, but this ’32 Ford Roadster is going to be something. It’s weird to see them getting new parts for a car like this, but it is the right choice to make this car as “original” as possible. Check out the two videos below that show how this project is getting started and then follow along as we’ll bring you regular updates.

Video Description:
The day has finally come to take the 1932 Ford Roadster for a test drive around the block! Before we can take the Roadster for a drive, the radiator needs to be installed for (hopefully) the last time. Matt was proactive and send the radiator away to be flushed and had a few small holes repaired. With the radiator installed and full of coolant it’s time to take it for a quick spin!! Let us know in the comments below how the roadster sounds cruising down the road!!
