A while back we featured the cool ‘Cuda of BangShift member BKBridges in our BangShift Reader Garage of the Week blog item. We joked that BK’s ‘Cuda and virtually all of his other cars had cool 6-bbl efi systems on them. As it turns out, there is good reason for that. Bruce Bridges is the operator of F&B Performance Engineered Products, the company that makes the throttle bodies and the cool, near factory looking 6-bbl EFI setups.
We asked Bruce for some info and photos of his stuff and he sent us a bunch. Although his company was grounded in the Mopar world, making throttle bodies for Chrysler applications ranging from Vipers to Jeeps and trucks, Bruce has branched way out with the custom EFI equipment. He has systems for big and small block Chevys, Fords, and even Pontiacs.
All of his systems use a throttle cable and are built off of factory manifolds or aftermarket pieces, as you’ll see in the photos below. Bruce machines all this stuff himself, so these babies are American made, in California.
