I love a good 3rd Gen Camaro, and the most desirable ones are the hard top cars. Especially hard top stick cars. Well this one is NOT a stick car, but it is a hard top and the price is amazing when you consider that it is a California car and it runs and drives. It looks pretty darn straight too! Man the things we would do to this one. Hmmm. Nope, no new projects for us until some of the current ones are up and running. We can’t have more non running cars around. So this one has to go to another good home, preferably with one of you BANGshifters out there.

This particular Camaro is a 1988 Model with the 5.0 Liter Small Block and an automatic transmission. It’s an IROC so it has the body kit and everything. We can’t see much of the interior, but what we can see looks okay. It is being sold AS IS, which we assume means there are some things wrong with it. Since it is over 30 years old, we think that’s just fine. It has earned the right to have some stuff that needs to be fixed after all.

The seller doesn’t have much to say, except that it is in good condition and runs great. Someone should visit the ad and then find out what the details are. I’m afraid to be tempted.

If I did buy this one I’d be making it into my pro touring ride, all ready for autocross and road racing fun. If it looks half as good as the pictures then I wouldn’t event worry about painting it!

Nope not an iroc if it\’s an 88, as it came in the 5.7 TPI. Hood wrong, Tail light..I bet this sucker has a carb in it. Plus no emblem/decals in the rear saying \”iroc-z\” as that year it got rid of the \’z28\” read emblem/,decal. People dont know their 3rd gens. Also a great indicator to know if you have a real iroc is the rpm gauge goes before redline from yellow line, orange, then red.
