Summer may be over, but that doesn’t mean I can’t wish it wasn’t. And what better way to celebrate summer and water and all the fun they have to offer than to ride around in a big block bad ass jet boat? I can’t think of anything more fun. So when I was cruising through Craigslist I found this two seater bad ass that really turns my crank. This 1982 Crusader Tunnel is a light weight racer that takes full advantage of the tunnel ram equipped big block. If there is one negative about this boat it is the fact that it only holds two people, but that just means you need a friend with a big boat to hang out with!
The seller doesn’t say how fast this boat goes, but I’d have to think that with the attention to detail and parts included it must be an 80 plus mph boat. Depending on the particulars inside the engine this thing could be a boat that goes well over 100 mph without any nitrous. Of course you know that our natural tendency would be to throw a couple NOS Kits on this thing and let it eat when needed.

The local snobs in one cove hated two of these that were docked there ..
until one put out a burning boat drifting into the wooden construction yacht club that sits on pilings ….those jet drives move a LOT of water !!!
