It seems like 99% of the Cadillac CTS-Vs ever built were black, and for many people that’s the only color they should be. In fact my son Cole said that just the other day. While driving through town we pulled up next to a guy in a black CTS-V Wagon and he said, “You know, owning one of those would be cool as hell. But it would have to be black like that. Any other color is wrong on a CTS-V.” I think he’s wrong.
It’s not that I don’t think a Black CTS-V is awesome, I do, but I also think that when you see one that is white, blue, grey, or red you pay a little more attention to it. To me that’s cool. And because white is considered to be the pure, or “good” color, I think people will likely underestimate what it can do.
And this is a car that can surprise some folks. It’s by no means the quickest or fastest CTS around, but we’re still sure it will put on a show. The great thing about them is that there are tons more upgrades that make having 1,000 horsepower a pretty easy to do thing if your daily driver is one of these.
