When we saw this Camaro on eBay we wanted it immediately, partly because of it’s super cool paint. In our opinion nothing would look cooler than us driving this bad boy down the freeway next to Larry Larson in his Nova on Drag Week 2014. Unfortunately the price is a bit out of our budget, even though we think it’s a screaming deal. With an alcohol sucking blown small block Chevy under the hood, this ’69 is said to run low 7’s. Sure it’s going to need some more sauce to run high 6’s, but we think we can handle that part.
It’s got all top name parts, the Chassisworks Chassis may need a couple updates to meet current 7.50 and quicker specs, but nothing major. The Jeffco transmission has kick ass written all over it, is backed by a Trick Titanium can filled with a McLeod two disc clutch, and we just want to sit in there and pull levers. Don’t you?
All the goodies you expect are included, the car looks super clean, and we figure you deserve something this nice. So click on the link to the original ad at the bottom of the page and get your Buy It Now on. Or, they are taking offers. Either way, someone should get it and let us drive it next year.

Turquoise adds at least 15mph to 1/4 times. Fact.
…..seen it for sale on e-bay also and I just noticed the ’67-8 style dash…..unusual but cool!!
Isn’t that the NBA player Hammond old car? The color is the same and the interior is too I think.
I don’t remember Tom Hammonds’ car ever being that color. Also the ad says its been owned by the same person since 1976 and was made into a drag car in 2000.
I love it!
That’s actually an Alston chassis. Chris designed it, but before he opened ‘Chassisworks’ on his own.
