eBay Find: A Hella Cool Custom Pedal Car (Sans Pedals)

eBay Find: A Hella Cool Custom Pedal Car (Sans Pedals)

We were tipped off to the eBay auction of a totally neat, custom built pedal car by reader Chris Crowley. He’s got good taste, because we want to own this little racer! The car was built to look like an old midget, complete with fake little velocity stacks coming through the side of the hood as if there were a little Offy in there!

The builder’s name is Mike Smith, who resides in Cherryville, North Carolina, according to the ad. One of the things we noticed was the fact that even the forklift that’s just behind the car has been customized and looks awesome. There’s little moon caps on the wheels and even some stainless trim on the thing. Add the fact that it has black paint on it that lots of guys would kill to have on their hot rod and this shop seems like one bitchin’ place!

The pedal car has functional steering but no pedals according to the ad, so you could put your own finishing touches on it if you’d like to have your kids tooling around the house on it. Otherwise, it would be a nice piece of garage art to have in your shop!

We think that this little car is worth every one of the $500 that the asking price is made up of!
