The second Yellow Bullet Nationals did lots of stuff. It showcased some of the best doorslammer racers in the country, it packed Cecil County Dragway, and best of all, it silenced all the idiots who said that the idea would never work. Racers and fans came out in droves to prove their mettle against some of the best racers in the country and to see some of the best drag racing in the country. Many of the biggest and best companies in the industry now support the event and lots of smaller manufacturers of hard core parts also throw their suppot behind it.
Joe Grippo was on the scene and sent us a huge gallery of more than 200 photos from the race, the pits, and the general scene surrounding the event at Cecil County. There are so many awesome cars in this gallery your head will spin. From the X275 radial cars to the wicked 10.5 and Pro Street racers, Joe touched all the bases.
We’d like to extend our congrats to Monte and Jimmy over at ‘the Bullet for establishing this race as a true “must do” event for both racers and drag racing fans. The work those dudes have put into making this thing work is insane and it has paid off in spades!

Beautiful photos, Joe, as always.
Agreed, great pics, Joe! So many cool cars! I love the sleeper LeSabre and the quadraport Malibu. The blue Ford truck is also pretty sweet. Looks like a great turnout, too!
Anybody know if the LeSabre is a Buick block or a Chevy block?
And my dad drove a ’65 Volkswagen. 40 horse. No wonder I turned out to be a pussy.
Maybe even more people would come if someone would have included the dates and the location of this event????? State, city etc……
