While junk weather and cold temperatures have ended car show season in most parts of the country, hot rodders in California are still having fun every weekend. We recently attended the first Surf City Beach Cruise held on the city beach in Huntington Beach, CA. The show drew a great mix and variety of cars from a couple wild 1960s Kustoms to great trucks and rods.
As is usually the case, the show was held with charity in mind. This particular show donated funds to several veterans assistance groups in the local area. That’s a cause we can all get behind!
While your teeth are chattering and the skies are grey overhead, just know that the dudes and dudettes out west are still rolling around in their junk, probably with convertible tops down. Jerks.
