(Photos by Charles Wickam) – Under normal circumstances, I find the expression “doin’ work” pretty flippin’ annoying. You see it alot on various social media outlets when people are at a race track or otherwise wrenching on their stuff, etc. In this case, I’ll actually fall into the trap I hate and tell you that Charles Wickam was absolutely “doin’ work” at the 2014 Lonestar Round Up. We have posted hundreds and hundreds of his photos thus far from inside the show and at the various events he attended. This collection of shots were blasted inside the gates of the show and there’s some real neat stuff in here.

The cars range from the rough looking but meanly bad ass coupe above to the immaculately finished coupe below with every notch in the middle covered. Slammed wagons? Check. Gassers? Check. Beautiful paint? Got it. Patina and rust? In spades. All of these cars and their different owners lived in harmony during the show and no one was assaulted with a paint gun or rusty bolt. That’s good stuff.
