Hot Rod Magazine’s Power Tour Day 5 was up and down to say the least. Again, thousands of hot rods lined the grounds of the show, this time at Chattanooga State Community College in Chattanooga Tennessee. We were greeted by sunny skies and hot humid weather when we arrived, only to be greated by blowing rain and dark clouds a few minutes later. The wind had fun, by blowing EZ Ups all over for those vendors that weren’t quick enough with the sand bags.
