Our Pennsylvania-based photo contributor Joe Grippo may actually live at the Carlisle Fairgrounds in Carlisle, PA. He’s been our man on the scene for all the big shows this year and he’s back with another awesome collection of photos from the Chryslers at Carlisle event which recently went down. There were more than 2700 entries at this mammoth show and Joe shot the photo highlights and shared them with us.
We actually put them in two separate galleries for your viewing pleasure. Here’s what Joe had to say about the event:
Mopars, Mopars, Mopars…Dodges, Plymouths, Chryslers! A-, B-, C- and E-Bodies as far as the eye can see. Ram Trucks, Wagons, Race Cars, Vans all kinds of Pentastar goodness……Carlisle Events put together a really cool Challenger T/A display and an amazing Barn Find Exhibit. Then check out Beeney Motors and the 1970 Dealership Display with tons of cars and killer memorabila decorating the cool old building.
Biggest Chrysler at Carlisle to date….they claimed 2700 cars entered!?!? Packed house, no doubt.
