This being our second show/cruise gallery in two days, hope for Spring is on the rise! BangShift’s intrepid Texas lensman Charles Wickam hit the 2011 Texas Hot Rod Hoedown in New Caney this past weekend and sent in more than 200 photos of kustoms, gassers, bobbers, sleds, rats, muscle cars, and general coolness from the show. The Texas Hot Rod Hoedown, despite some liquid sunshine falling from the sky was a success and a good time was had by all.
There’s lots of killer stuff in this gallery, but dig some of the bobber Harleys. For whatever reason they’re growing on us like fungus. The whole asthetic is pleasing, in a BangShifty way because it really features the motor and they look like death on wheels.
The “car season” is starting, slowly but surely and this dispatch from Charles down in Texas proves it!
