One of the cool things that has come from the resurgence of the traditional hot rodding culture is the reinvention of the classic “pin up girl”. It is pretty common these days to have a pin-up girl contest at larger shows, especially those catering to the trad-rodding audience. Since the GNRS draws a huge preponderance of those guys and girls, the contest is a big draw. It gives the girls a chance to don the period garb and strut their stuff.
