Day two of the Holley LS Fest 2014 saw heated competition on both the drag strip and the autocross course all day. LSX True Street, LSX Rumble, COPO Camaros, 5th Gen Camaros and C7 Camaros slugged it out on the strip while True Street got to take a nice cruise around Bowling Green before they ran three back-to-back laps. Chad was rallying the crowd during the LSX Engine Swap contest sponsored by Car Craft, and after the contest was over, Holley auctioned off the two G-body Malibu wagons in a silent but visible bid process.

Drifting got really interesting as a Savanna-bodied RX7 went into the first corner waaaaaay too hot and spun, slamming into the wall backwards at a good speed. Luckily the driver got out and gave the the thumbs up. Autocrossing was highly contested and going all day as cars ranging from lightly-prepped drivers to the full-kill build cars hanging it out for all to see. Meanwhile more cars appeared in the show area, including a few Monaro-nosed GTO’s and several old-school builds. The dyno was spinning all afternoon with a high number of 883RWHP.
