(Photos by Greg Rourke) – Grippo was not the only guy pounding the pavement with his camera last weekend, Greg Rourke ventured out to the 38th annual Kendall County Historical Society Lyon Farm Car Show and swap meet. In this gallery we’ll show you all of the cool old cars that came to the event and in a following gallery, we’ll focus on the old engines, farm equipment, and other man eaters that were on display as an homage to the technology that has been helping America feed the world for more than 100 years.
There’s a lot of BS Approved iron in this gallery from the killer little Nash wagon, to the Buick Riviera and all of the various hot rods and street machines Greg captured with his lens. We love these submissions from shows all across the country because it keeps our faith in the relative strength of this hobby we love so much. From Maryland to the heart land, hot rodders and car folks were out in force last weekend.
Thanks to Greg Rourke for the photos!
