We’re here at the 2012 American Street Car Series Run to the Shore event in New Jersey. Some of the region’s coolest Pro Touring cars are getting prepared to hit the autocross and the road course tomorrow at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Vineland. As expected, we’ve seen some totally bitchin’ iron already and there’s still many more competitors left to show up and register. We’re expecting more than 40 racers at this event and the variety is very cool, as you’ll see below.

You’ll want to see some of these cars get after it hammering the awesome course at NJ Motorsports Park and around the autocross which is being set up by the local SCCA regional people. It will be tire burning, V8 screaming, sideways mania!

I had a 73 Laguana that I ordered brand new…heavy car, but with the L48, it was quick enough on the street…for racing???….hope he has it lightened out or one big engine…
