(Editor’s note: To whet your whistle for what’s hopefully coming this weekend and into next week, we’re going to show you all of our 2013 photo coverage from Speed Week. All the links are below so enjoy!) – We’ve been hammering on our cameras each day here in Bonneville and have even more photos for you to enjoy. Streamliners, Camaros, Roadsters, and a whole lot more were seen yesterday on the salt. With conditions worsening on the now 3 day old courses, racers were excited to hear that the SCTA and BNI officials would be moving the courses on Monday night. This is a regular part of Speed Week, but it may have been even more anticipated today because several big players were unable to make really fast runs due to the condition of the salt. Our sources tell us that there should be some very very fast runs today because the new course surfaces are smooth and hard since they have been drying for three days with no cars on them. We can’t wait to see who can run the big numbers today.
