Nostalgia car shows are great and everything, but one of the best things about the California Hot Rod Reunion, presented by the Auto Club of Southern California, is that dudes are out there actually racing their cars. There are stockers, dragsters, altereds, Top Fuelers, and from what we hear, there are 30 nostalgia funny cars ready to race! BangShift.com will be at the Reunion on Saturday with more event coverage of lots of funnies. But for now, we have lots of photos of the smoke on the track from Friday.
