Show Gallery: The 29th Motorsports 2014 Racecar and Trade Show – Awesome Stuff Everywhere!

(Photos by Joe Grippo) – While Pennsylvania is in the grips of a polar vortex of whatever the hell this latest blast of frigid misery is called, racers didn’t let that bother them during the 29th editio of the Motorsports Racecar and Trade Show in Oaks, Pennsylvania. Joe Grippo was there with his camera and the exposition center where the event was held seems to have been about ready to burst it was so full of race iron. In this gallery there are stock cars, sprint cars, drag cars, and all kinds of sportsman circle track machines. Word is that this show covers more than 200,000 feet of space and judging by the photos, we believe that claim. Manufacturers like AFCO show up to display their latest wares like shocks, springs, and headers to an audience of hardcore racers and gearheads looking to escape the winter blues.

We’ve shared Joe’s photos from this event for a few winters now and this show seems like it has been the most packed yet. We’ve been hearing positive stuff from companies all over the industry that things are turning a corner and perhaps this is more proof of that. If you are freezing your giblets off at home or the office today, close the office door or put some caution tape across the entrance of your cubicle and cruise this gallery. Just the sight of all these race cars should get your heart rate up! Racing season is coming, we promise. Let this gallery move the winter along for you!

Great show ,never miss it. This year they did not have as much drag racing stuff as other years but they had tons of paved and dirt cars, love them. If you like die-cast and models this show had lots of hard to find stuff.
