This Camaro here is either one hell of a deal, or it is a prime example of shinywheelitus. That’s when a car that would otherwise be mediocre at best, has a set of cool wheels on it and so it already looks like a hot rod and that gets you excited. It’s a dangerous game, and we’ve all been caught up in it, so I’m wondering if this one here is all wheels, or is it worth having? I know it is a Camaro, so it has some value for sure, but did Mortske get it right or spend too much? Is it a steaming pile or a hell of a deal?

While doing my regular browsing of Marketplace I came across a very modestly priced 1978 Camaro that was local to me. I’d seen the car before and it looked good so I had a buddy snatch it up for me while I was out of town. Now lets look it over and see just how good (or bad) of a deal it really was! And fix anything we can in order to make it better in the process.
