There are not words to describe the idiocy that has come to define California’s approach to saving the world. The state that each day creeps a step farther and farther toward actually being voted off the island known as the United States has topped itself once again by suggesting that laws may be passed to stop the sale of cars painted black.
The legislation is aimed at black cars because they get hotter inside when sitting in the sun and their air conditioners have to work harder to cool off the inside of the vehicles, thereby loading the engine and creating more pollution, according to the lunatics that seem to be writing the laws in California these days. They are applying the principles used in skyscraper design to cars.
So if you first can’t have a black car, when can they tell you that you can’t have one with a V8, or a turbo, or without a “black box” data recorder. Oh wait, they all have those already.
