We’re rolling another set of scans at you today from our grandfather’s scrap books dating back 60 years and change. In this edition you’ll see crumpled cars, trucks, and even a train that’s been bent up. As a bonus there are two news stories, one from the Korean War effort that tells that tale of a daring sergeant who moved a burning truck full of ammunition to safety!
Without further delay, here’s the material!
Interesting observation: in the 2nd photo, the impact on the PU was severe enough to shove everything ABOVE the bumper rearward and cleanly spare the frame. How convenient for the body shop!
Thanks for all of the old pics and articles; I really love them!
That twin engine truck looks good thats a mission for google! thanks bangshift!
