Loren Krussow is a name familiar with regular BangShift.com readers. He writes a column around here called, “It Came From the Fab Shop.” Loren’s business is building stuff from metal. He works with companies large and small to create prototypes, custom pieces, or whatever else made of metal that someone can dream up. He also has a huge press that he recently used to squash stuff with and shared the results on our forum!
The press, a monster that is rated up to a couple hundred tons of squashing power, is normally used for more important duties, but let’s face it, it’s fun to flatten things, including things that started out as being flat. You need to check this stuff out to get the meaning in that.
