We ran across a great piece on the SportingNews.com that compares the careers (to this point) of Ashley Force Hood and Dale Earnhardt Jr. and asks the simple question, who’s better? It’s apples to oranges in many respects, but the fact remains that Force-Hood has been closer to a championship than Dale Jr. has been.
Earnhardt has more event wins (10 vs. 3) but he also has way more starts than Force. The numbers tell an interesting tale.
In terms of being able to cheer for one versus the other, both Force and Dale Jr. are fairly easy to root for. One for her sheer hotness and driving skill and the other for a cool demeanor and the fact he is carrying the family flag on behalf of his late father.
What say you? Is Ashley Force Hood far superior to Dale Jr. or is the stock car pilot the better of the pair? It’s a no brainer for us, we’re picking Ashley.
