We had heard of the sale back in December, but since no release was forthcoming from either the buyer or the seller, we remained mum.
We’re guessing that Comp waited to release the news until they had finished fully integrating Quarter Master’s operation into their framework. The great news is that Comp plans on keeping Quarter Master in their current home up in Lake Zurich, Illinois. They also will be keeping all of the current staff.
