No date for Saturday night? Hankering to hear a guy with funny accent scream about “dragstas” and “jet cahs”? We’ve got the perfect thing for you! I’ll be broadcasting live from New England Dragway on Saturday night for the track’s running of its “Jet Cars Under the Stars” show.
This is the last big match race of the year before the IHRA North American Nationals show in September and the action promises to be hot and heavy with a massive array of machinery ranging from 11-second street cars to 300mph Jet Dragsters. In the middle there are Top Sportsman and Top Dragster categories, Pro Mods, Pro Comp Funny Cars, altereds, and dragsters as well as a host of small-tire door-slammer racing.
The web-cast which includes audio and video begins on Saturday morning somewhere around 11am and will continue for a long day, ending somewhere around 11pm. Duck in and listen! It’ll be a hoot!
