YellowBullet.com, the 900-pound gorilla of drag racing message boards, and pal of BangShift.com, has announced that it will be running a drag race on Labor Day Weekend at Maryland’s Cecil County Dragway. The event will feature a bunch of classes focusing on small tire street car style drag racing. The event is being held the same weekend as the US Nationals and we’re going to predict that this mother with make the NHRA race look like a church sponsored ice cream social.
“The Bullet” is a monsterous message board that has tens of thousands of members and moves at a pace that is truly crazy. Jimmy Biggs and Monty Mikho have been great to us here at BangShift.com by helping to promote some of our event coverage and blog items.
The place is not for the thin skinned and if strong language offends you, you’ll be offended. That being said, there’s tons of racers on there who love to talk smack, share information, and spread the word about their junk and where they are racing.
The YellowBullet.com Nationals will be held on September 3,4,5. We’re hoping to be there because we fully expect that the turnout for this race, both in spectator count and car count will be giant. The party, err, parties associated with the race will probably go down in drag racing history as the wildest of all time as well.
