Dave Schaub will be attempting to drive his 1932 Ford roadster (pictured) through 49 States in 9 days. He’s doing it for charity which is good, but aside from that even we think that this is an insane idea. He’s obviously done some plotting and planning, but on the face of things, this sounds like total lunacy.

When we first heard about his attempt at while back, we contacted him and got his contact info. He gave us the OK to call him on the road and check on his progress. We’re going to take him up on the offer and get on the horn with him a time or two after he heads out on Wednesday night/Thursday morning.
