Making old paint shiny is easier nowadays than ever, but for many folks that involves using something like Vice Grip Garage Shine Juice. And that stuff is awesome, there is no doubt, but it’s a new clear coat. What if you have old single stage paint and there is enough left to bring back with more traditional methods?
