If you have been a follower of 4-Wheel & Off-Road Magazine for a jillion years, then you probably remember a lot of their project builds over the years like I do. But one of their more famous Jeep builds was the Double Ended JK that is featured in this video. In 2012 it was built by Fredd for Ultimate Adventure and because it had two front ends, including the chassis, steering, etc, it really grabbed folks attention. It was also very polarizing, which is funny, because people that loved it really LOVED it and the people that hated it really HATED it. Because of a bunch of stuff getting stolen off of it, and it sitting in a lot somewhere, Dave got a deal on the purchase so he’s going to make it into something new and exciting.
Check it out and let us know what you think.
Video Description:
My theory is that all of these vehicles are a constant transformation. They may be built and documented in one fashion, but that doesn’t mean it has to stay that way. In this episode of the Dirthead Shed I start on the transformation of an old Petersons 4wheel and Offroad Magazine build vehicle. Follow along and see how it goes. All in preparation for the Unreal Adventure. This will be Fun!
